Aperol Sprits’ Older Sister

This is my favorite spirit. I make a cocktail of Amaro Angeleno, Prosecco, and soda water— divine! Think of it as an upgraded Aperol spritz with a deeper more herbaceous flavor. I wish it was more widely available. I give this as gifts and everyone loves it. A+

Really great in a Venitian spritz

I popped in here on a whim while bicycling down the bike path. I bought some gin (also good stuff) and then spotted the Amaro and bought a bottle. Really interesting flavor. Not at all like aperol, but if you make a Venitian spritz in the same ratios with this Amaro, the result is a wonderful, sunny drink that reminds me of perfect summer days on the California coast.
