Everyone loves the classic combination of vodka and ginger beer. We have incorporated the perfectly tempered heat of Ojai Jelly’s Habanero Apricot Jam with the floral notes of East Imperial’s Thai Ginger Ale to create a SoCal inspired summer version of our own.

This Kit Includes:

1 x 750mL (or 200mL) bottle of Haymaker's Vodka

2 x 500mL (1 with 200mL kit) bottle of East Imperial Thai Ginger Ale

1 x Jar of Ojai Jelly Habanero Apricot Jam

2-3 x Fresh Lemons and Limes

Recipe (Each kit makes at least 8 Cocktails):

  • 1.5 oz. Haymaker’s Vodka

  • 0.25 oz. lemon juice

  • 0.25 oz. lime juice

  • 0.5 oz. Habanero Apricot Jam

  • 3.5 oz. East Imperial Thai Ginger Ale

While not a blended drink, we recommend dry blending the ingredients, which is to say we blend them without ice. Place vodka, lemon juice, lime juice and jelly in a blender. Blend on high for 15-20 seconds or until all jelly has been dissolved. Pour over ice and top with ginger ale. Give a couple light stirs and garnish with a lemon wheel. Depending on the size of your blender, this may work best if you double the recipe and share half of it, or reserve half for later.
