You won't find this Highball in a Tokyo whiskey bar, but our Strawberry Brandy-based sister cocktail is just as creamy and effervescent when topped with the tiny bubbles of East Imperial Superior Soda and is further enhanced with bay laurel and citrus aromatics that are common to our region and our distillery.
This kit includes:
1 x 750mL bottle of Strawberry Brandy
1 x 375mL bottle of Inna Bay Laurel Shrub
1 x 500mL bottle of East Imperial Superior Soda
4-5 Fresh Pixie Tangerines
Recipe (Each kit makes at least 6 Cocktails):
1.5 oz Strawberry Brandy
0.5 oz Inna Bay Laurel Shrub
3.5 oz East Imperial Imperial Soda
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour Strawberry Brandy and Inna Bay Laurel Shrub over ice and stir until the ice is just above the level of the liquid. Retop with ice and pour Club soda to fill. Give two more gentle stirs and top with a thick Pixie Mandarin wheel.
