June gloom has burned off and things are heating up. We harnessed the heat of a hundred pounds of local chili peppers to add a savory, spicy kick to our beloved Prickly Paloma. Our goal was to make it hot enough to give it a mischievous kick while remaining refreshing and eminently crushable.
Ingredients: Opuntia Prickly Pear Brandy, Grapefruit Cordial, Lime Juice, Soda and Chili

I liked it a lot but… would have loved it if it had been “just this much” �spicier! Don’t hold back! If you make it, they will drink it!
