Presenting Tallien, a decadent strawberry liqueur aged two years in French oak!

In previous years we've used apples to make Pommeau in the tradition of Normandy. For this extremely limited Holiday release, we applied the same technique to one of our favorite materials: strawberries!

First, we distilled an eau-de-vie from a strawberry wine we made with California strawberries. Next, we combined the spirit with fresh strawberry juice and organic cane sugar. Finally, we let the liqueur rest for 2 years in neutral French oak barrels!! The result is truly beyond belief. If you like strawberries and you like spirits this is simply too good to pass up!

As always, we have an add-on for you to really take your experience over the top. Our good friends at Ex Voto Chocolates have created a set of 4 Chocolates made with Tallien!!! Specifically, they are a Tallien Strawberry Liqueur Ganache in 41% Single Origin Fair Trade Milk Chocolate and they are absolutely incredible!!!

Ventura Spirits knocks it out if the park once again with this one. Not cloyingly sweet, rich strawberry flavor.

Such a treat

This product is like my perfect dessert in a bottle! I have been guilty of sipping this with my favorite late night snack; a spoonful of peanut butter. I am so glad I got a chance to get a bottle before it sold out!

Nicely Balanced and Delicious

Very tasty. I am a fan of dry ports and much less so of cloyingly sweet liqueurs. Tallien walked a fine line between fruity and bitter, very nicely pulling off an excellent digestif.

Perfectly balanced!

We were able to try a bit of this in the tasting room and eagerly awaited the release. It's such a nicely balanced liqueur - slightly sweet and perfectly fruity. I'm so glad we were able to place an order before it sold out! Thanks for making this!!
