Presenting not one but TWO new special releases distilled from the legendary Quince, “The Golden Apple”, claimed by the Goddess Aphrodite at the beginning of the Trojan War Epic and henceforth symbolic of love, beauty, fertility and devotion.
This Quince Brandy is the pure distillate of the fruit with nothing else added. We have also created a Quince Liqueur that is lower proof and fortified with quince juice and sugar. They are both unique and absolutely delicious, especially when combined in our cocktail "The Quince Rose" which you can find a recipe for below!
The Quince Rose
- 1.5oz Quince Brandy
- 1 oz Quince Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup (*Optional if you prefer a sweeter cocktail)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a rose pedal if you're feeling extra fancy today!
