Persimmon flavor comes through nicely

Great addition for sweeter, boozy cocktails (I swapped it in for orange liqueur in a Sidecar, and going to try a Negroni variation next). Neat didn't work great for me, but it mellows out on rocks and is great mixed into sparkling water.

Clean with a hint of persimmon

This is by far my favorite product from VS. This is more like a Japanese whisky but better IMO. The problem is they never seem to have enough!!

Wonderful gift, excellent kit!

Gave this as a Christmas gift for my husband - I like to call these "we-gifts" because we both get to enjoy them. :) The kit was wonderful, it had everything we needed to make a few delicious old-fashioneds and it was a perfect way to toast the holidays!

Makes for a great dessert or dinner experience

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he very much enjoyed it. He drank it as an after dinner dessert drink and also made brandied cherries with it that were fantastic.
