Introducing Pineau Bleu, our first ever blueberry liqueur! Tart and sweet, it is crafted in the same style as our beloved Tallien and Pommeau. Pineau Bleu is a French style fruit liqueur made from blueberry brandy (distilled from 100% local blueberries grown at Silent Springs Farm in Moorpark, CA) and rested in ex-bourbon casks with organic blueberry juice and organic cane sugar. The result is an out of this world blueberry liqueur ready to sip neat, mix with bubbles, or even pour over vanilla ice cream! Truly one of the most delicious products we have ever bottled.
