Deep partnerships with local growers give rise to surprising, compelling and entirely unique products. Some join the permanent portfolio, with others offered as seasonal and experimental releases. Aged strawberry and persimmon brandies, oro blanco, blueberry and quince liqueurs, agave spirits… the list goes on.
The whole range of processing, fermentation, distilling, aging, bottling and canning takes place at the 25,000 sq’ Ventura Spirits distillery in Ventura, California. Ventura produces its own varied line of products, and also shares its expertise with other companies by helping them develop and produce their own products on a contract basis.
