Agave Liqueur

Made from agave tequilana grown in Yolo, California, our first-of-its-kind Agave Liqueur marries the soul of the maguey plant with small batch California agave spirit.  

To craft this distinctive liqueur, we blended pure, unfermented agua miel (the sweet, cooked sap of the agave) with a robust agave spirit. The combination was barreled and rested for nine months, resulting in a remarkably complex liqueur that will help you to explore the composition of agave spirits like never before.

Aroma:  Deep earthy notes of cooked agave complemented by dark chocolate and spice.

Palate: A velvety texture delivering the natural, subtle sweetness of agua miel, followed by the complex, vegetal depth and gentle warmth of the agave spirit.

Finish: Long and lingering, leaving warming notes of smoky caramel, coffee and baking spice. 

Sip it neat or on the rocks, our Agave Liqueur can help you reimagine a number of classic cocktails.  Add deep, toasty notes to an espresso martini, or add richer agave flavor to a margarita or paloma.
