The rich, complex and impossible-to-describe flavor of ripe persimmon is captured in this one-of-a-kind Persimmon Liqueur. A blend of persimmon juice and persimmon brandy spent 11 months in oak barrels before being sweetened with real maple syrup. The result is the perfect way to describe the fruit that no one knows how to describe.

Enjoy it neat, use it to add seasonally inspired sweetness to a broad range of spirits, or drop it in some white wine for the perfect sangria to welcome your holiday guests.
