Distilled from 100% agave "Yolo", a vigorous hybrid of Agave angustifolia unique to California, "Reppo" is more than just our latest agave offering; it's a salute to the hard work and dedication of a man we're proud to call a partner and friend.

Raul “Reppo” Chavez grew up in the heart of Mexico's agave country, and planted his first crop of agave in Yolo County, CA in 2014 with the dream of making a true California agave spirit. Today, he's recognized as a leading expert on the plant.

Three separate, small harvests from Reppo's land were cooked, crushed, fermented and pot distilled before resting individually in stainless steel. Once blended and slow proofed, the resulting spirit proved vibrant and complex with the youngest batch offering bright, fresh agave and the more mature batches lending an earthy, peppery quality.  

This additive-free, 100% California agave spirit is designed for sipping but is equally at home in well crafted cocktails that highlight the unique contributions of all three batches. However you enjoy it, we raise a glass with you to "Reppo" and the future of agave in California.
